“This works pretty well. I usually have a monthly appointment with a massage therapist specifically for knots in my shoulders and neck. This thing actually did the trick at home after just a couple of uses. I didn't think I would be able to get to the exact spot on the backside of my shoulder by myself, but I was able to reach without much effort. I would give it 5 stars, but the first one had a malfunctioning power button and had to be exchanged. However, the exchange went smoothly and I know have a fully functioning massage gun.”
“I've used multiple massage guns from different brands and this is the only one to be so defective as to stop working within 3 days of purchasing it. It is light weight and effective when it works but I expect what it lacks in weight it also lacks in quality of material and that's why it didn't last long. Good item to purchase just not from this brand.”
