It arrived yesterday after a leg day from hell and I was able to loosen up a lot of the tension in my hamstrings and not be so sore. Then, this morning, I hit a squat and my SI joint decided to give me problems. I quickly went upstairs and had my husband run this thing on my back and hip for a good 5 minutes. I'm definitely moving a lot better than I was. I love the different attachments and all the different settings. The booklet that came with it has some great ideas for using the different heads and how long to use them on various parts of the body. We do weight training, tae kwon do, and soccer at our house, so there are plenty of sore muscles to go around. I'm so glad I made this purchase!”
