“I was so excited when I received the massage gun yesterday. My back was sore and needing a massage. Unfortunately the unit I received is malfunctioning right out of the box. When I select a power mode, it randomly jumps to a much stronger power mode. I tried charging it for the appropriate time, and it has the same problem. It made the massage painful and could easily injure my back, so I will be sending it back. I'm so disappointed... I had high hopes for this massage gun!!”
