Really good. Just be careful on it. Make sure to get help in sitting up. Sit a while. Then stand. Best to lay down flat a bit after using it. Really lengthens spine and gives lower back relief. Use carefully and follow instructions properly.

My husband has been having some achy back issues lately. I gave this to him for Christmas and he tried it out immediately and just laid there repeating how awesome it felt! Neither of us could believe it. He's now using it as a lumbar support in his easy chair. I'm not positive that's how it should be used, but it is greatly relieving the strain in his back. Best gift for him, ever!

I have been dealing with a long history of back pain since my injury in Iraq, 2002. This product works pretty well so far by allowing me to decompress my lower, mind and upper back through relaxation and natural gravity. I have been routinely getting massages every month for years to deal with the tension and pain in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions. Doctors have only recommended physical therapy and medications, both of which never did much other than complicate things with additional side effects. This is a medication free treatment device that is extremely cheap in comparison to other options I have tried. Overall I have been able to get better results with this option then other methods. I have been working on my back for over 18 years and this seems to be the missing last step. I would like to be up front though you have to expect some adjustment pains, I noted a significant increase in pain after vertebrae adjusted for 2 days, given I have had pain for so long though it was not that big a deal for me and something I was aware could happen due to past experience with different treatments. I hope my review will help someone out there finally get some relief by trying this product. I would say go slow, the basic first step for this product is more then enough of a curve to help the majority of people. I would say higher steps in the curve are for people with a great deal of flexibility, so pretty healthy spine people looking for additional flexibility. I can do the second step pretty easily now but don't see the benefit as much as the lower step allows for great relaxation and depth for the pressure points. These hard points might be difficult to endure for sensitive people, but can also help one release thorough breathing exercises and relaxation.

As someone who has a L5-S1 spine injury with a slight protrusion on the disc's this is a Godsend.A must have as a daily stretching routine. Helps relieve pressure from the spine as it elongates and stretches. If you have any pinched nerve, or vertebrae disk protrusions or back problems/pain, do your DD and get this now. I will be using this for the rest of my life. I'm barely at LVL 1 and it is already readjusting my spine. Research spine traction.

It needs to be longer. I feel like it doesn't do all it could do because of its size. It is quite sturdy, but the little nubs on it can be painful. For the price, it seems to do the job. It did manage to give me a headache after I used it.
