“Almost all ties are way too long for me. Finally found Fort Belvedere who offers ties in various sizes. I can now tie any knot I want, and feel confident I'm not looking silly will an excessively long tie. The hand-rolled tips also add a really nice touch.”

“I love this tie. It looks even better in hand, and on me, than it does online. The tie would usually merit a five star rating. I am a little concerned, however, because after only two days of wearing, some of the yellow/gold polka dots are starting to wear off. Perhaps I got a lemon. But at this price, there is no excuse for an inferior tie.”

Dear Richard, it is a hand printed cloth, and as such there may be the possibility that a dot was not printed all the way. Rest assured nothing is wearing off, and everything will remain the same. Feel free to send us some pictures so we can take a look

“I have recently become a clothing snob... For years I had to wear boring 'IBM blue' type of suits. However, my work locations these past few years have included the much more casual environs of Denmark and the Middle East. Operating in these environs I actively dressed down to fit in with the natives and environment. However, I realised that being constantly dressed in 'business casual' was also unfulfilling. For the past 6 months or so, I have invested in clothes from the likes of Pal Zileri (Abu Dhabi) and recently, hand made suits and jackets from Lam Couture, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Pal Zileri and hand made clothing from Lam Couture needed equivalent quality accessories to complete the look - this is when I decided to 'gamble' buying alleged quality items online from the likes of Vanda Fine Clothing (Singapore) and GentlemansGazette (MN, USA). The quality accessories purchased from the aforementioned purveyors have not disappointed! The Wool Challis Tie in burgundy red and yellow polka dots is by far the best quality tie I have in my extensive collection. The texture, the feel, the appearance are second to none. I am so impressed with the accessories received I shall certainly be looking at the Gentleman's Gazette online shop as my preferred supplier. Well done Raphael!”
