“I recently purchased a wallet and card case. I thought they were well made with quality material and workmanship. Unfortunately I needed to return the items and that is where my troubles began. They sent me the wrong address to return the products to. They acknowledge this and know the products are sitting at thier old warehouse. They assure me it will all be resolved; however, as of this posting nothing has happened. It is now 13 days. They do not answer my email and do not answer the phone. I have gotten a run around. I feel their service is terrible and although the wallet and card case were very good products, the service I have received is so substandard I will not order from them again, which is unfortunate because they have other items I would like to purchase.”

I am really sorry about your experience. We had a new customer service people in training provide you with the wrong return information. Obviously that is on us, and Andie will take care of you and get everything resolved for you. We are human and we make mistakes, but if we do, we do everything we can to make it right for our customers. Again, sorry for your experience thus far.
