After wearing the gloves only for the second time the stitching on the left thumb section came loose and proceeded to unstitch throughout that whole panel. I may be able to repair it myself but it is not acceptable quality for the price I paid for the gloves.

I have long been looking for a pair of gloves that are both handsome and functional when I drive around in my green Mercedes-Benz 600. You feel luxurious when driving around town. Thank you, Gentleman!s Gazette.

I have mild CP and driving gloves help with symptoms, especially after more than 30 min on the wheel. These gloves do the trick as the leather quality and fit are next to none, literally stick to the wheel. The only reason I give a 4 is that the handsewn thread is fragile and I had to return a pair that came undone right out of the box. Still, it is worth it if you care about comfort and control while driving.

Thank you for the review, Nicholas! Glad to know you liked the gloves and that you found it helpful. Our gloves are handsewn one by one and while the thread should not come loose, leather is a natural material and is flexible. It might happen sometimes. :-)

I've been looking for a good pair of driving gloves for a while and I tried other brands of driving gloves but always found the fit on my hands to be off. But these gloves are a perfect and are of very high quality.

Glad to hear they were a perfect fit for you. Sometimes buying gloves online can be hard because you cannot personally try them, but taking the risk, I'm sure this felt great that you were able to get one perfectly!

The gloves are beautiful, soft, and almost well-constructed. I received a pair from a friend for Christmas. Within the first week of owning them the thread knots slipped out and the gloves unraveled. Gentleman's Gazette replaced them (which took nearly two months), and they started unraveling the very first day. The problem stems from the fact what whoever manufactures the gloves does not properly secure the knots on the threading. The thread is slick, and need to either have a small amount of adhesive added to them to prevent them from slipping out, or to be burned. Until this issue is remedied, my recommendation is "do not buy." The gloves look and feel great, and if it weren't for the construction issue I'd give 5 stars.

I have a 1961 Triumph TR-3A...and needed some proper driving gloves. The gloves I got fill the bill...high quality, comfortable, and the British racing green gloves match the car! Others like them!
