“I got this wallet about a month ago. I have a few problems with it. After just one week some color started to come off of them one of the edges of the spine. In addition a spec of color has come off from the back. This white dot is surrounded by some darkening of the brown color. It’s small right now but if I played with it more it may have become bigger almost like the color was painted on. The back of the dividing flap is exposed leather backing. The beautiful leather that is seen in the front does not extend down the back and it looks cheap. I doubt this back section will be as durable as the front section. At this point I can only describe the durability as something that will require a lot of attention. It’s nice to support 10 cards but once you load 10 cards or even 6 cards, the wallet becomes uneven and you can play with it like a seesaw because the center point is the thickest and the outer areas are the thinnest. Not only is this overly fat but the cards are bent in a way that damages them quickly over time. I suggest the ability to load the cards vertically. Open the Wallet turn it vertically and all cards should be loaded from the top. The centerpoint will still be the thickest but it may be less unsightly. Although I think the end goal should be to get rid of that center thickness so that it doesn’t seesaw. The interior of the wallet when closed should be flat one side against the other. So that the wallet remains as flat as possible when loaded. This is a beautiful looking wallet especially the interior leather. I was looking for some thing that lasts a long time while maintaining its beauty. I have come from a sub-100 dollar wallet that has lasted about 10 years. I hope that after 10 years this looks better than my old wallet. Because I would not be able to justify the cost otherwise. I was also hoping for more thoughtful design when it comes to card holding. Broken cards was a problem with my old wallet and it looks to be an even bigger problem with this wallet. Design is not an easy task. But this is my feedback.”

“The quality of the wallet is fantastic. It looks fantastic in the images provided and just as lovely in person. It is somehow both flashy and understated. My only complaint is with the card holder slots. It would be my preference for the depth of each slot to be approximately the same, such that each subsequent card placed behind another is offset by a slightly larger amount. As it is, placing a card in the second slot is flush with the card in the first slot, and appears to only be an issue with the sizing of the second slot. This is an annoyance, but it is not the end of the world. Even with this issue, I recommend the wallet fully.”

Dear Waldo, we are sorry to see that. Based on the picture you provided, we cannot see a stitching issue. We can see that a small area of the brown leather has been cut off. At this point it does not affect the usability of the wallet, and we suggest you use a bit of brown shoe polish and add it to the light spot, and rub it around with a cloth, that way it will not stand out as much as it does now. Rest assured that we stand by our quality and if at a later point in time you experience and issue with the stitching we will either repair the wallet or send you a replacement.
