“I'm new to Shantung silk ties, but, thanks to The Gentleman's Gazette, I've become a fan. This tie--in brown silk, with green and white stripes--will be perfect for my linen sport coats and suits. My wife has already given it her thumbs up--and that's even before she's seen it on me. Great tie!”

“I really like to wear ties with my casual and business casual outfits, but it's hard to find great ties that don't look overly formal. I've become very interested in shantung silk ties as of late because the outstanding texture allows me to wear it with great versatility, especially with my more casual outings. It's been great to discover the Fort Belvedere product lines because I can trust that they are well-made and I appreciate the styling advice given in the descriptions. As it turns out, this tie didn't work out for me color wise, but I am going to end up getting another one in a different colorway. Highly recommended!”

“Very nice tie - I always liked the look of Shantung silk, and this tie was only the first out of three Shantung pieces I bought from FB. It works excellently with my navy blazers or light blue shirts, e.g. The lining is very soft without being to thin, i.e. it works for both small and bigger knots.”

“I love this shantung material...I was at first hesitant because I wasn't sure I would like the uneven texture, but seeing it in person, I am glad I gave it a chance. It has a lot of character and is very unique. Recommended purchase”
