“I love the bow tie. It's gorgeous, and very good quality. Just the right balance between color and subtlety. And a very pleasing texture. This is my very first self-tie bow tie, and I've been finding it a bit frustrating: there's very little "room for error" when trying to form the bows, and adjust the size of the bows and ends. I'm guessing that a slightly larger bow tie would be somewhat more forgiving in that regard. But when I finally get it right, I'm very pleased with the result. So I'll be buying another. Or two. And practicing.”

“I am delighted with this tie. I tie it a little bit askew (slightly lopsided) and I have received many compliments - it looks like a real hand-tied bow tie not like a fake one.”

“Hands down my favorite bow tie in my collection. I am always looking for reasons to wear this one the most but I try to keep things in rotation. The quality is top notch and the color is beautiful and rich, pictures don't do it justice. Now that I own 4 bow ties from Fort Belvedere I won't even think to purchase them elsewhere. “I have purchased a few bow ties from other designers/manufacturers in the past, but I find that I do not wear them much. I am a lawyer in a small firm, so I like to look professional but a bit more relaxed than if I worked in a larger firm environment. I found that my previous bow ties were a bit two large (horizontally) and did not fit the size of my face. It was also hard to find bow ties in rich, elegant colors that would work for business dress as well as casual outfits. For these reasons, I previously found bow ties to be a bit clownish and did not work them into my tie rotation often. My new Fort Belvedere bow tie has solved these problems. The size, shape, and color of the bow tie is very elegant, and does not draw attention away from my face. I can wear it with a blue or gray suit to the office, or I can wear it on weekends with a Harris Tweed jacket and odd pants. I have worn this bow tie a couple of times already and have received compliments from family and friends. Overall, I feel that this bow tie is very versatile, I can wear it with confidence, and I hope to purchase another soon.”
