“I have a few pairs of the FB over the calf socks and am very happy with the color selection, fit and quality. Out of the box I was worried they were too big, but one washing in cold water and they are perfect. The only issue I have, and this is not a Fort Belvedere problem, is that my suit pants run a little slim and sometimes the pants hang up on the socks and don’t drape as well as when I wear calf length socks. Mostly an issue with tweed and other coarser materials. Still, I am very happy with the socks and they are certainly the best over the calf sock I have worn.”

“Never in my life have I felt socks that were so breathable. They look great, I spent quite a bit of time looking for shadow striped socks that are over the calf and weren't able to find any especially at this level of quality. Although pricey, I find it was well worth the premium.”

“I wear a size 8 shoe. The first socks I ordered were mediums. After washing one pair they were wearable but slightly large (bunched up a bit across the top of my foot). Fort Belvedere's customer service helped me exchange my remaining order for size small. The small socks fit wonderfully. They never felt tight and they stayed up during a full day of work and a night of ballroom dancing! I suggest that if your shoe size is on the line between sock sizes to go with the smaller size sock.”

“At first I was hesistant to get these socks because I didn't get to see them in person first and was worried all these great reviews were fake, but after I bought 3 pairs to try out, I was converted and bought a half dozen more. They are simple, stylish, and do not slip down at all!”
