I couldn’t find quality leather dress gloves that were stylish AND warm. There were many luxury gloves available from other makers that looked nice, but none were really warm. Also, the other gloves did not fit well and looked loose fitting. These Fort Belvedere gloves are sized to fit snugly. Other makers just use Small, Medium, and Large. Fine for a t-shirt, not for luxury gloves. The button at the wrist keeps the glove snug allowing a tight fit in the fingers. My hand AND fingers stay warm in these gloves; even in sub 20 degree Fahrenheit weather. The touch screen feature of the leather works very well. This is a great feature to have when you are wearing form fitting gloves that button at the wrist. When I walk the dog and listen to my podcasts I don’t have to pull my glove off to operate the iPhone screen. I don’t have to unbutton my form fitting glove to grab small objects, tie my shoe, or get change out of my pocket. My hands stay warm and stylish. I used Sven’s easy guide to find my size to fit the gloves and I did not have a problem. The brown chestnut color is superb and the brick red contrast is distinctive among all the brown and black gloves normally worn by men. Classy but not overstated. The longer wrist is a real game changer and keeps my wrist and arm warmer. A feature I immediately missed when I wore a different pair of casual gloves. These gloves are the real deal! Expensive, but they are a well-designed and practical pair of gloves. You could easily spend more to find gloves like these for more money that don’t fit well, don’t keep your hands warm, or don’t have touch screen utility. Don’t spend your money on those gloves; buy Sven’s Nappa gloves.

I had so much trouble previously trying to find comfortable and stylish men’s gloves. I picked up a number of your gloves of various styles for the first time recently, and I love them. Great color selection, different types of fit, and some of the best touch-screen technology in a glove I’ve ever seen. The fit was quite accurate based on the website’s suggestion for measurement, though a couple pairs didn’t fit me perfectly, so I’ll be sending those ones back. I will definitely be back for any more gloves I need in the future.

Having acquired a pair of grey and burgundy gloves from Fort Belvedere, I wanted to try one of their two-tone models. I was nervous the brick red may be too bold, but my fears were assuaged once I viewed them in-person. I'm also happy to add a brown pair of gloves to the mix, and the red contrast makes these more interesting than your typical pair of brown gloves. These pair wonderfully with a navy peacoat and most overcoats. The touchscreen works great and the fit is excellent.

Just received my pair of these gloves. Sumptuous looks & high-end perceived quality, as always with Fort Belvedere. Just one foot note - I would strongly advise against 'sizing down' when picking your size. Compared to other gloves from Fort Belvedere that I own, these wear slightly tighter. I am glad I ordered just my size, not half a size smaller.

I just bought these gloves for this coming winter time, and I have been wearing them now for at couple weeks. The quality is far better than most gloves I could find at the higher end stores in Copenhagen in the same price category. I would have to say that the bottom closing is something to get used to, but it works fine, and it is more elegant. Overall these are the best gloves I have ever owned, and they are totally worth the price.

The leather is of a excellent quality and feel wonderful. The inner lining and the overall tight fit keep the gloves warm. I do hope they stretch with time because they are a bit tight.

As the title says the leather is very supple and nice and as I've worn them for the past 3 weeks I can say the cashmere is wonderful for long and short term use. Bad part is that within the first week threads by the thumb, the pinky, and one other spot started to come out. Also the QC department seems to have happened on a Friday or Saturday since the brown leathers on the left hand are stitched to the red leather slightly off center for the middle, ring, and pinky finger. All in all great vision with the idea and materials I would recommend if the QC was a bit more consistent.

The touchscreen functionality of these gloves in fantastic, works perfectly! The downsize is they are not as soft as the non-touchscreen FB lamb nappa gloves I have (and slightly more wrinkly), and most importantly the treatment causes the gloves to shrink about 1/2 size so need to size up (I exchanged with a half size bigger). They should say so on the product description. I have several other FB gloves and measured and indeed the shrinkage is there. Recommend if you need a pair where will be on cell phone a lot with gloves on. Note the regular lamp nappa gloves work on my car touchscreen fine so use them more often as they are softer, but YMMV.
