“If you are going to wear a bow tie why not wear a classy one with a subtle pattern. This one fit the bill for me and I couldn't find anything else remotely like it. It works well with several of my other garments (such as a brown jacket with orange and green specs). But, it works amazingly well with other clothes. Since the orange naturally compliments blue you may be surprised how well it works with what you already have. The only negative (minus a star) was that some of the printing was noticeably faded on one tip. Since it was easy to hide I didn't return it.”

“My partner and I discovered Bow Ties a few years back and the fact that we unexpectedly love them. I have searched around local shops and found a decent tie here and there, every once in a long while I will get very lucky second hand, but at the Fort Belvedere shop there are so many great choices, colors and patterns. Overtime I had to learn some hard lessons of what not to buy and what to look for. Recently I had a blast of inspiration where I wanted a pointed bow tie, I ended up ordering 3 as a treat to myself and I love them all. They are what I consider the perfect size (many of my old ones are too wide and too stiff) they are also very soft and flexible, they are simply perfect. I also love the classic patterns, very dapper indeed. I guess what I learned is that I can shop new and get a classic/vintage look and feel yet the product is mine and mine alone. High recommend. Their customer service is also fantastic.”

“Looking for variety beyond my usual Ancient Madder, I came upon this new bow tie offering. While reluctant to purchase Wool Challis in substitution for my usual Ancient Madder, I find the "persona" of this bow tie similar to Ancient Madder in its understated grace. The Green and Red color and pattern elicits very positive comments in both casual and formal settings.”
