You may pick colors from opposite sides of the color wheel, as they naturally complement each other. For example, a navy blue suit with a mustard pocket square can look great. “Upon opening the package this morning the difference between this pocket square and the pocket squares I own at the moment is obvious from the start. Not only, being 100% silk, not the 70& it says in your description - the tag on the product says 100%), does the feel-quality (is that a word?) far exceed anything I presently own, but I can tell at once simply by the size that my biggest problem with pocket squares currently, will be solved. I have pocket squares from the everyday mall stores and never noticed (until now) just how small they are, in comparison, even before you start folding and/or shaping. I've known for a while now that the size of my current group is the reason that, by mid-evening simply by walking around and moving, the piece has been swallowed by the pocket. But the subject never went any further than me just being annoyed. The only way to maintain it then is to, three or four times a night, pull it back up into position and hope it looks right. This you should not be doing. Any gentleman (especially one closing in on 70 like myself who doesn't want to appear to be the high-waistline belt and white socks grandpa that seem to be everywhere among my peers) should not be fiddling with his clothes in public. This will be perfect with my Harris tweed when I take my granddaughters to the Christmas play downtown next week. I want them to remember their grandpa as someone who knew how to wear a suit.”

“Somehow, this pocket square looks better in person than it does in these pictures, and it looks beautiful in these pictures! The colors are vivid, complementary, and versatile, and the quality and craftsmanship just show! Though it's expensive, it's well worth the price - my other pocket squares pale in comparison. Can't recommend this one enough!”
