1) I had a lot of difficulties finding some hard to find accessories, such as good looking, quality boutonnieres, which is by the way the item that made me find the brand while I was looking for some. 2) I ordered three of theses boutonnieres to see what they would look like and I was extremely pleased to see exactly what I was looking for, they look absolutely beautiful and thus will I most likely order some other items now that I discovered the brand, and also the youtube videos, which are very informative. 3) People around made nice compliments about my new accessories, some of them even asked me where I got them from. I feel more comfortable adding colors to my outfits now with theses small fresh touches, I might have to make a bigger collection now! P.S. : I've been looking for knickerbockers for a long time, I like preppy style, and as I couldn't find much thing in local shops, I started searching a bit on the internet but it is extremely hard to find, would you have any idea on what producers could have some of theses items?

I opted for the Hydrangea silk petal boutonniere as this one stood out to me among the many choices they had to offer. Upon arrival, I opened my package in excitement and was thrilled to see how beautiful it was in person, right in front of me. The construction itself was also very nice. Easy to tell this is going to hold up for years or use.

These were the finest boutonniere's I've seen. I paired it with a grey velvet blazer with a purple silk interior, gorgeous. In addition, I also bought an edelweiss for my best friend.

I had been admiring the silk boutonnieres for a while, but the price was a sticking point. Especially as the postage to Ireland was more than the price of the item - $48 postage on a $30 boutonniere –Ouch! (I’m not blaming Sven by the way). I looked all over the internet for anywhere else that was supplying them in Europe, as I wouldn’t have to pay duty, and shipping would be cheaper. I can tell you now, they, or anything like them, are not available anywhere else. All I could find was huge groomsman arrangements, nothing as understated and elegant as these. Anyway, my birthday arrived, I got some cash, and said “stuff it”. So, to save on postage I ordered 3 (the Cornflower, White phlox, and Hydrangea). This gave me free postage inside the US (thanks Sven). I set up one of the forwarding postage addresses (shipito.com), and had them forward it on to me at standard USPS airmail rates. All in this meant the shipping cost came to $18. I ordered them on the 3rd of Jan, and they arrived on 28th Jan. I had to pay the customs duty when it arrived (€21). So the total cost was $108 plus €21, which is roughly €100. So, €33 per flower. So now the burning question is was it worth it? Firstly, the presentation box is lovely, and is big enough for three or four flowers. It will certainly keep them in good condition when they are not being worn. The flowers themselves really are beautiful, and very well made. It would be hard to tell the difference from real flowers until you are really close, and even then, you would be impressed with the quality and realism. It would be a good talking point with the ladies, or some of the men! Women keep talking about shoes or handbags as an “i
