“Very real looking boutonnières, but somewhat smaller than expected. Also, without a pin to hold it in place the only way is to Scotch tape it to the lapel or use a safety pin. Are there other ways to hold in place?”

“I purchased a black bow tie in silk satin. I have used a pre-tied version, which did not quite stand up when worn on the neck. A self-tie eliminates this issue, and the texture and color of this particular bow tie is very nice. The packaging is also high quality, and reusable as a container for your bow tie and other black tie accessories when traveling”

“I've owned other boutonnieres, but like the look of these. When it arrives, my initial reaction was that it was way too small. I contacted fort belvedere about the issue, but due to time constraints, I kept it and wore it. It is actually the perfect size, though I plan to try life-size another time. The only problem I've had with it is that the stem sticks out, I push it back in to place, but it sticks out again. I also expected it to be a little soft. Overall, this is the best boutonniere I have ever owned, I own 4 others.”

“I tried to find a real carnation boutonniere locally, and I had to go to 4 florists and waste 2 hours of time before I found someone who could offer me one. After a few hours the boutonniere looked wilted and I was rather disappointed. Then I found these Fort Belvedere boutonnieres as they were recommended to me by a friend and I have to say, this is better than the real thing. Last Saturday I wore it with my midnightblue tuxedos and I received 4 compliments in one evening. If you are hesitant about buying one, go for it, you won't regret it.”
