“There is Quality and then Gentleman's Gazette Quality :) Searching for a Boutonniere... your choices are cheap, plasticky looking flowers i.e. Tie Bar, etc. I bought the Edelweiss, Pink Mini-Carnation, and Ixia flower from Gentleman's Gazette. Very lifelike and real looking. AMAZING. I will be purchasing more as my Wallet allows. I have gotten numerous compliments whenever I wear these.”

“I have always preferred when wearing black tie. Unfortunately the manufactured variety, when I could get them, always failed to please. I've even worn real carnations but stopped when on one occasion it left a little stain on my tuxedo lapel. I then happened on Gentleman's Gazette and clicked on 'store'. I was impressed by the number of varieties and colours available. Having to attend a wedding shortly I took the plunge and bought 3 carnations. When they arrived they were well packed in sturdy but elegant Fort Belvedere boxes. On examination I found them to be very well made and they looked remarkably real. I wore the pink one to the wedding and got quite a number of very positive compliments. So much so that I passed on the Gentleman's Gazette website address to several of the guests who asked. My bow tie is starting to look a little worse for wear so I will be returning to the Fort Belvedere store shortly with another order. Some may think the price point seems a little high in some instances but if the rest of the FB merchandise is of the same quality as their boutonnieres it is well worth it. Thank you Sven!”

“Compared to many felt or other boutonnieres, this is very realistic and delicate -- just as the real flower would be. This is my third purchase and have web as happy with this one as with the other two.”

“I have been a fan of the blog for awhile and only recently bought my first couple of boutonniers. Every time I use them I average at least one compliment a day, which exceeds my expectations. I dress for myself but do like the positive feedback.”

“I highly recommend the boutonnieres. They are well made, fit nicely in my lapel buttonhole, and look very real. Just perfect for when a real flower is unavailable. I have both the pink and yellow miniature carnation and the cornflower and I can testify that they have brightened up my wardrobe.”

“Actually I ordered and received 3 boutonniere's. The package arrived quickly even though the long weekend fell in the middle of transit. As I felt the package I was quite surprised to feel a hard shell container, and thought that maybe the wrong item was enclosed. Tore open the outer package and viewed something that looks like a hard shell glasses case in dark green. I popped it open to find the contents gently and carefully wrapped in paper. Opening the paper I found the 3 boutonniere's. All perfect condition with not a bend or loose follicle. I immediately slid one into the jacket I was wearing. Magnificent! The lady at the cash register even commented on how great the addition was to the outfit. The only problem I found is that now I need to have a few of my jackets taken to have the lapel button hole opened. The process of ordering and delivery was seamless. The product is 100% top quality. Now to figure out which other ones to purchase is on the agenda. Regards Michael J. Glukler”
