“I am writing to rave about your product (collar clip). I am in a business where I must wear a suit 5 to 6 days a week, I loved the vintage styling and look of a tie clip, but stopped wearing them due to inferior products i.e.. becoming undone or askew, even falling off completely during my work day. That is until I came across your revolutionary designs, spring loaded clip, what a simple yet effective concept!! I put it on and it remained in place all day; thank you. I have purchases a few of your other products; 2 boutonnière, the tie clip and lately orange & grey shadows socks, all have the same quality and craftsmanship. Thanks for upping my style game.”

“My order take 3 days to be "process" at the wharehouse before shipped. Why 3 days process to shipped a little clip? My order was a gift to someone, the order take forever to arrive so I miss the birthday. When the package arrive there was juste NO package! The clip was in a little plastic bag with no display. At 60 $CAN I will have expected a little box to displayed the clip. Never again I will buy something from you, sorry but it was a rip off!”

Dear Samuel, Sorry to hear you were not happy. You chose USPS First Class mail for shipping and they do not have proper tracking information. It is just a customs number, and they update results very sparingly. For example even a month after delivery it is still not reflected in the tracking. We checked and your order was dispatched to USPS the same day. In regard to packaging, we offer it as an upgrade in our shop. Unlike with other items we do not advertise any packaging with the item but we will consider it going forward. Thanks for the feedback, and sorry you were disappointed. If we had known you wanted a gift boxed we would have helped you to get one.
