“Bought in November 2017, my first pair of these got more wear than all my other gloves put together. Across those 5 years, the touchscreen functionality continued to work perfectly, and the gloves stayed looking sharp, with no colour fading. Sadly, a couple of weeks ago I lost them while travelling. I couldn’t face a Canadian winter without my favourite gloves, so I immediately purchased a replacement pair. I’m happy to report that these have the same high-quality look and feel, and work with my smartphone just as well, as my original pair. I’ve found the burgundy to be very versatile. The more recent olive-green and denim-blue touchscreen variants would also already be in my closet but for the fact that they’re only available with bright contrasting inserts and stitching, not a great match for my fairly conservative style. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that Fort Belvedere will offer solid-colour versions in the near future.”
