“I have always wanted a good pair of dress gloves to wear and these are that and more. I like very much the applicability of these gloves with a great number of outfit choices. I feel very professional, and manly as I wear my dress gloves. I believe that they improve my overall image. I have been complimented on them and on my general appearance. I suspect that this is because the average person understands that I am dressing better, but not necessarily in what ways so the specifics are lost and the general impression is positive. Very nice, quality gloves, I wish that they were made in a size 7 or even 6.5, but neither was available when I ordered mine. I still enjoy wearing them a great deal! Thank you so much!”

“The last two pair of gloves I owned had two aspects that negatively affected my fellings towards them. One of them made my hands smells foul after wear, and the other pair wre did not close enough on the wrist, leading to them getting folded easily which exposed my skins to the cold. With this pair I no longer experience the previous issues, they fit perfectly and they will not make your hands smell of odor. Definetly worth the price if you can afford it.”

“Last year I bought the yellow peccary gloves with lining size 7.5 which fitted almost perfectly. However, this pair, size 7.5, was slightly larger when I measured the two pairs, and do not fit my hand properly which is a shame since they are truly magnificent when it comes to quality and appearance. Therefore only three stars. Apart from that the quality, as mentioned, is the best I could wish for and the craftmanship as well as details are as great as is promised.”

Dear Michael, I am sorry to hear that. Of course an unlined glove always fits slightly differently and when in doubt it is slightly larger because it lacks the lining. We are currently starting to offer gloves in size 7 as well, so we can provide a better fit for men with smaller hands.

“I needed some smart gloves now that our winter is setting in, and the yellow chamois gloves looked just the ticket. The quality and workmanship appeared excellent although I did find that despite carefully measuring my hand at 8 1/2 ", hence size 8.5, the fit around the palm and back of hand was a little loose as others have mentioned in some previous reviews. Also there was no signature green gift box supplied as described, possibly to avoid adding to the not inconsiderable shipping costs to Australia. I feel that the exposed seams of this style of glove combined with the loose fit lend it a more casual air compared to the machine made lamb nappa gloves. Possibly the fit of these gloves is more snug. Nevertheless, I am pleased overall with the gloves and they have drawn some favourable comment. The gift of the travel shoehorn nicely compliments the long shoehorn from Lobb of St James which I use when at home. Simon Hutchinson”
