“This silk satin bow tie pairs perfectly with the silk satin lapels on my David Donahue tuxedo. The fabric nicely conforms to the "standard" silk satin that you see on most tuxedos and cummerbunds and yet there is a subtle, special quality to these ties due to a bit of extra sheen that comes from the special silk weave. And, with these Fort Belvedere ties, you get a properly sized seamless tie that you can wear with a wing collar while avoiding the unsightly metal slide that you see on essentially all other (adjustable) bow ties. Highly recommended!”
