“The color wasn't quite what I wanted but that comes with the territory of one monitor vs. another. The laces do strike me as being of high quality but they don't run through the eyelets as smoothly as my previous pair. I'm not sure if this is because they are slightly thicker, might need "breaking in," or don't have enough wax.”

Thank you for your feedback, Nigel. I apologize that the color appears differently to you in person as opposed to in the shop. We use color-graded professional monitors and lighting to reproduce colors as accurately as possible, but everyone has different screens, and colors depend on the light temperature you're in. As to the laces not running smoothly, it would need some breaking in as they're made of durable cotton. Again, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts!
