Dear William, I am sorry the package has not made it to you yet, that is not normal. You package was shipped on April 28, and was on the truck for delivery May 2. It then shows it was delivered May 9. I do not know why there was this one week delay, but I suspect it might have something to do with capacity issues due to the virus at FedEx. I see you wrote this review on May 9, can you please confirm you have received the package or not, thank you. We will take care of it and make sure you get your goods. Sorry about the delay.
