“I cannot rate this because I never ordered it. I do like the shampoos and conditioners. Unfortunately, the last two times I placed an online order when my shipment arrived it was totally wrong. I had to go thru the hassle both times to try and straighten out what I ordered, what they sent me and what I was being charged. Very unhappy with the company right now and they try to replace what is missing but somehow I still paid more than I should have. Very disappointed.”
