“After 60 days I do not see improvement, but I am still going to try this! One thing I do not like. As I get older (69) my hands are not as strong. Containers for shampoo and conditioner are very difficult to squeeze long enough to get enough product out.”
“The shampoo/conditioner is fantastic. But I have to take a star off for the business side. Honestly, I would take 2 stars off for that if the products weren't so good. First off, the website looks like a 1990's late night infomercial. I was able to look past that and placed an order. I ordered 2 large bottles and received 2 tiny ones (travel size). I paid for and expected the big ones. The customer service agent spent a good 5 minutes arguing with me that they did not make travel bottles (I was holding it in my hand and they're also on the website) but finally agrees to ship me what I ordered. I ask for it to be expedited. They never show up. Two weeks goes by, I have to call again. I finally receive my order. Then about a week later I receive a random bottle of just the conditioner...even though I only ever ordered the shampoo/conditioner together. Such a mess. Might try and order on Amazon from now on. Also, the agents really need to tone down asking all those survey questions, it's very annoying and no other company tries to make you do that!”
