“I bought the regrowth shampoo & conditioner and I've washed & conditioned my hair about 8 times now. I wash & condition my hair twice a week and I've not seen a difference. It hasn't thickener and is still very much falling out. I sent an email to customer service a week and a half ago asking when id see a difference and I still have not received a response.”
