“I returned the products, as directed. The delivery was confirmed on November 19, 2024. Two and a half weeks later, I am still awaiting a refund. Bad product. Bad customer service.”

“I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, so I haven't really noticed a change in my hair. I do really like the scent of the shampoo and it leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable. I did have a problem with the delivery. I ordered it and it didn't come and didn't come and didn't come. The tracking kept saying it was coming the next day and then it never came. I called and complained and asked when it was going to be delivered. They resent and I got it a week later. Never did receive the original order.”
