“Have bad leg cramps when I work grave shift.. don't really know why..maybe because my sleep pattern changes.. anyway I found these Mag R&R capsules and sleep support with small dose melatonin..they got rid of my leg cramps..worked really well..So I asked if they had a formula without the melatonin. .a Daytime formula .don't always like to take melatonin..well yes they do ..MAG 3D. NO melatonin. .works just as well..”

“Salt Wrap is the only thing that works for me. I was getting horrific leg cramps that were deep inside the muscle and went from my groin down to my foot. Horrible pain and it was happening several times a night. I've tried many over-the-counter medications and none of them seemed to work. Salt Wrap worked, nothing else did. The daytime formula MAG RD worked better for me. For some reason, the MAG 3D Night Time Support was rough on my stomach and I couldn't use it.”
