The studies on the active ingredients show best results after taking consistently for 30-60 days. This is because the collagen remodeling process is a slow, long-term process. It takes time to rebuild connective tissue structures, and it can take a few weeks to notice the difference in protection of existing tendon/cartilage/ligament structures. Though it's possible to feel relief and joint strength faster than that, it's best to approach it with a long-term mindset. I suggest at least taking the first full 30-serving bottle, then re-assessing your level of joint comfort, ability to recover, and recovery timelines. Hope this helps!

“As a person with hypermobile EDS, I experience quite a bit of joint pain when the weather changes. I have noticed after adding Collagen Synthesis daily to my drink flavor packet of choice that I no longer have to power through until I can get into a hot spring soak for relief! I work in a highly physical job and I'm not a health professional so I cannot speak to the science behind it but I know it seems to have made a big change for me after using the first container. I have one left and will be ordering two more so that I don't run out.”

“I have been taking the Collagen Synthesis for two months. I add this to my protein shake or amino acid supplement and it improves the flavor. It adds a creamy consistency and mellows the flavors. Measuring results of the improved ligament attachment and joint function is not something I am qualified or have any real data to comment on.”

“I felt the benefits of the collagen about 10 days after taking it. But, it’s really hard to mix, and still has clumps after 30s-1min of shaking it aggressively (I did time it). I’d recommend having a liquid type that you can just take straight out of the bottle. Or maybe you have it. But I switched to Rho for all stacks.”

Hi Shane! Thank you for the feedback. Sorry you had issues with it clumping. I find mixing it slowly and letting it dissolve fully helps. I also mix it in a little bit of liquid, then add the rest of my liquid! Hope this helps!

“This has changed my life. Last month I was ready to get a knee replacement. I’ve gone from being mostly in pain to being able to walk around the block. No pain. My only exercise has been swimming and now I’m able to go shopping and a short walk. In four short weeks I’m actually thinking of not getting surgery on my bone-on-bone knees.
