“I really like the Collagen Synthesis. I haven't been able to take a full dose yet, because I'm really sensitive and it upsets my stomach a bit, but in just a couple of weeks, I can see a change. My hair and nails are growing way faster than they normally do, so I'm hoping it's working on my joints and things as well.”

“I have been using Collagen Synthesis daily for several months. I use it in a daily coconut milk smoothie and also in a cup of mushroom coffee. I cannot say that I see any improvements in any way after multiple months of steady use. I have OA in numerous joints and perhaps some ligament laxity in lumbar/sacral spine. So not sure what to think if it's worth continueing .”

“I’ve been using the Collagen Synthesis for 3 months now and the protein clinic for the last 2 months. I had been trying to get back into weight training and was reading and following the Built from Broken book. I have been dealing with foot pain for the past 2-3 years and it was getting worse and effecting my quality of life (nerve, joint, ligament and tendon issues). From the book I read about Collagen and joint issues and then decided to try to the Collagen Synthesis. My feet are 90% better and I can feel mobility returning (I had no idea how locked up they were). I am a retired female in her 60’s that has always been active and am happy to be gaining back some pain free hiking and walking as well as weight training. Customer service has been very supportive and helpful in product knowledge and changing products as I tried to figure this out. My experience was a noticeable difference in the first month but a huge change by the third month. Love both of the products.”

“Really appreciate the quality of this product, and the combination of ingredients that have been shown to improve joints, tendons, bones, etc. The joints and tendons are of particular interest to me, as I have had knee and hip osteoarthritis for many years. What I have been doing for the last few weeks is both this Collagen Synthesis, plus SAMe. This combination seems to be helping. I have an appointment with my orthopedist in about a month (scheduled when I was in a great deal of pain). Although my pain has lessened considerably since I began this combo, I plan to keep this appointment and have follow up visits, which should help track progress. Should be interesting. Yes, I am trying to avoid (another) joint replacement, if possible. And, on top of this good news, I especially appreciate customer service! When I have a question, I receive an answer so promptly. Thank you!”
