“I use this in my coffee smoothies in the morning and a few other high protein foods like muffins and such. I have a connective tissue disorder and injured my shoulder last year. We found out earlier this year its a SLAP tear. Adding this to my diet and regular exercise has helped my shoulder being its recovery.”

“I've been searching for something to help me out with healing from various injuries and aches I've accumulated over the years.
