“I think it is good and it does fill me up. I’ve also noticed some firming of muscle as I am a 60+ year old female. I’m leaning out and it feels good and I look better, stronger.”

“SW has asked me to write a review. I've only been on Joint & Protein clinic and Col. Synthesis protocol 2 weeks. I've seemed to easily get tendonitis all over. 6 spots currently. PT exercises may be helping, but I think it's too early to judge SW. If I heal well & don't get reinjured after 6 months, I'd have lots of confidence in SW. BTW I'm 66. Smiles!”
