Greetings! I have used a lot of journals on this 45 year odyssey of working out regularly..competing on the amateur bodybuilding circuit (only one contest so far)..teaching group fitness for 30+ years...and becoming certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist.....this journal is one of the best I have used. Thank you.

Going on my second journal. I've been training for decades and have logged my training off and on. I always do better whem I track my workouts and nutrition. This journal makes it very easy to do this. I am very pleased with it and have been consistent with training for the last 3 months. Bought more journals to keep my progress going.

I really like this journal. It helps me to be mindful of my eating and also plan my week of activity which keeps me motivated. One small annoyance for my type a personality, the weekly planner starts with Monday, but the order of the day selection on the daily pages starts with Sunday. Would just like the order of the days of the week on the planning section and the daily pages to be consistent.

Increase exercise description from 1-10 to 1-15. Especially for multiple workouts in one day
