“I was taking the capsules for months & it helped lots with leg cramps. But this powdered drink is a game changer. Rarely, anymore, do I have any leg/foot cramps. It has helped over the capsules by at least 80%. They are both great, but my $$ will continue to go for the drink. And the taste is wonderful!! You guys did a great job with this. Thanks!”
