“I’ll be upfront, I didn’t expect this to work as well as I thought. However, this stuff is legit but it took some time. So the recommended dose of this is 3 months worth of this bundle to be immensely better. Month 1: a bit better but still got work Month 2: getting a bit better more, still aches and annoyances. Month 3: this is the month where I am back and better than ever. So to give you an idea of this; I went from having a pain that normally takes tons of pt to now lifting heavy and more again. I do weighted pull ups and dips in the 100lb range and I’m pain free doing it. Like I’ve been to chiropractors and pts and had nowhere near the level of success I’ve had with this bundle. Is it a bit pricy and annoying for 3 months? Yes, but it’s so worth it! So thank you salt wrap; I will continue to be buying from yall!”

“i am so disappointed that the joint overhaul bundle did nothing to diminish the joint pain. but i have been most happy with the service and information that Salt Wrap has provided me. Built from Broken is a book full of helpful exercises and information.”

“After going to hard at the gym, my shoulders developed tendinitis which usually required me in the past to stop my workouts and seek treatments which often included cortisone injections and some physical therapy.
