“Love all the products the only difference from the picture that annoyed me was the handle (wooden effect)on the microwave was much darker in colour and it’s lighter on the kettle,then in the picture that makes the kettle handle look the same. bit annoying as I wanted it all to match.”
“Bought these 3 items because they matched in colour.
However, the microwave handle was a completely different colour.
I asked if I could have a replacement microwave with a matching handle but was told that the difference in colour was due to natural variations. Rubbish.
Stuck with them now but won't buy from Swan again”
“The products are great but I'm really disappointed to note that the handle in the microwave is significantly darker wood than the other items so it looks out of place - if I had known I wouldn't have brought the set (it was a bundle). This wasn't in the description.”
