“Terrible device. All three that have been sent have been faulty. I wouldn’t waste your money on these. I was told the issue of it constantly being unable to register a clean dirty water tank and full clean water tank was a one off but I’ve had three now and all of them have done the same thing within 1-14 days. Your unable to use the device with these issues and it will not self clean, or mop the floors because it registers that the dirty water tank is full when empty and clean water tank is empty when full. Swan will not refund you fully and take a 20% fee!! They have finally agreed to refund me on the terms that I send the last broken one back and it’s not damaged when it gets to them - it was sent faulty so I’m concerned I won’t be refunded fully.”

“I’m really impressed with this hoover/mop saves so much time on floor cleaning. picks up very well and the self cleaning still impresses me. emptying the dirt water tank is nice and easy you can get spares ie roller,filter etc,easy too which is a bonus,not had it long but so far it’s amazing”

“Love love love my game changing dirt master. I have LVT&tile flooring and a dog! This machine is perfect time saving and a brilliant invention I just love mine would highly recommend”

“This is a first rate machine. It does a good job of cleaning the floors, and the fact that it self cleans the roller and tube is a big bonus. The on off switch is a bit sensitive however, and it is easy to touch it switching the machine off by mistake. I need to buy a spare roller and hopefully a spare hepa filter for it so that from time to time I can give the existing ones a thorough clean.”
