“The actual cooker is nice quality and robust, but the lid has a huge gap around the edges, I called Swan who kindly sent another lid, yet the problem is the same and is the design, I spoke with the Swan customer service who told me it is supposed to have this huge gap to let the steam out as pressure builds up! Clearly doesn't know her products. This was after only one use, showed her the receipt as newly purchased, I sent lots of photos but customer service was not much help. Would not buy Swan again.”
“This is such a lovely slow cooker. The size is 3.5L and I find is very ample for a family of 3/4. It matches our kitchen which is perfect. Easy to use, and great to come home to a meal after being at work all day. My second Swan Product and so far very impressed.”
