“The second time I used the egg poacher, the light came on but nothing else happened. I really cannot deal with returning this item, so I have discarded it. I have never had any problem with any Swan products before, and may just have been unlucky. I like the idea of an electric egg poacher, and shall see if I have better luck with an alternative product. I wish companies would make a more robust, better quality version. This one is so light, the off switch so stiff that you have to hang on to poacher to stop it sliding across the work top”
