“This appliance needs quite high sockets so in old house where sockets are in skirting boards this appliance can’t be used . So I decided to return however I have had a problem trying to return as the QR code didn’t work . I contacted customer services but have not had a reply yet after several days . It looks like this has been an expensive purchase for me that I can’t use . on the positive side the delivery was fast & effecient.”
