I absolutely love this machine, the only downside were the instructions were a little poor. I ended up going on YouTube to see why I couldn’t get my coffee hot. There are a few recipes for your coffee in the book but I would also add a little bit about how’s best to use the milk part. The bit to put your coffee is very stiff the first few uses, which with such a light machine can be a bit scary, you think you’re going to break it. But after a few uses it soon started to loosen, it’s still tight and you still have to hold the machine down; but you don’t feel like you’ll break it anymore. As someone who likes to taste her coffee i recommend using espresso ground coffee, I used house blend first but it just wasn’t strong enough for me. Overall I absolutely love it, it looks nice in my kitchen, and as I have a small kitchen with it being a light in weight machine it’s easily to put away if I want. On a side note not from the machine but your delivery choice, I would pick a different company! Hermes never knocked my door and left my parcel on someone else’s driveway, in the rain, and never told me they attempted delivery or left a card… nothing, so it had been in the rain for 5 hours before it was discovered… even though I was home!
