I bought mind just over 2 years ago. I always thought it didn't hold pressure very well (pressure building up and moving back down again) but the coffee was fine. It broke down recently after a little over 2 years of use (and infrequently at that!), and proper maintenance (always used decalcified water etc). Now water comes out of the bottom instead of the top! So no coffee whatsoever. I contacted the customer service and their response was that they were "extremely sorry to hear that your Swan Coffee machine has broken down outside of the guarantee period. " - and that was it. This is the first and last Swan product I'll ever buy.

No complaints makes a great espresso. It’s a little bit cheap feeling but for the price point how can I complain? Would recommend

Despite the lightweight tinny feel, it does the job. Only time will tell how well it is built and if it is repairable.
