Espresso tastes great with Lavassa coffee. After a few months drips and the steamer doesn't work. Customer Services recommend squeezing 2 lemons into the water container and running it through the machine to clean it but still have a problem for a machine well in the 12 month guarantee.

Took some getting used to, and had to look at other people's reviews to see what coffee to use in it but when I got the hang of it, it was easy! And it makes a delicious cup of coffee, really lovely flavour and simple to use now I've done it a few times! Amazing

After 13 months the steamer knob seems to have broken internally and will no longer turn off the steam. To make matters worse it is on permanently even with the steamer switched to off so I can’t even use the espresso maker. Very poor.

I've had this machine for about a year now and I can never get the steamer pressure to go round to full steam. Quite a p. i. t. a. really because if you don't get a full steam scale, you get steam AND water. The coffee port leaks and when you need to tap the coffee out of the port 99 times out of 100, the filter falls into the grinds.
