“I bought this one to replace one that I had purchased late 2019. I couldn't fault the last although when I needed help with the extended warranty I was badly let down by your customer service dept.”

“I find the the nozzle doesn't move much, it doesn't go deep into the milk pitcher and the milk is never creamy, as it should. I'm not sure if the milk frothy is not that effective as well. Overall ,stylish but difficult to use.”
