“I have a lovely blue swan fridge only a couple of years old and the handle on the ice box broke meaning it doesn’t seal and leaks also affecting the fridge temperature which is dangerous.
For months I have been trying to get a replacement door - Swan fob you off to a third party company who then say they don’t do the spare parts going round in circles! Buying a new fridge is not a financial option for me snd terrible for the environment as it is not that old.

“Terrible product avoid at all costs . Bought 18 months ago in cream . Stopped working last month . Had an independent repair company who said empty off gas due to inferior pipe work . Swan engineer came round said the same unrepairable
cost £595. 00 in July 2020 . Swan will not give us some money back as out of warranty so stuck with a large broken fridge which will need to skip cost nearly £600 and only lasted under two years . Looks smart like a smeg but internal pipework off poor quality so expect a very short working lifetime . AVOID”
