“Unfortubately these knives are not sharp enough and got rust on them after few washes-I only bought them couple of weeks ago and they are going to bin:(”
“For my daughter moving into her first house I have bought all Swan products; Microwave, slow cooker, scales, bread bin, utensils, coffee machine & toaster.
When I received the knife block & knives I was disappointed as it was huge, but then I was disgusted by Swan Customer Services when they refused to send me return labels or details & advised me that I would have to pay & insure the return myself. Very rude!”
