“I use these to freeze broth or vege stock in smaller portions to add to stir fry or to poach a chicken breast in. Also great for making pesto with all the excess basil from the garden, or Thai curry pastes and freezing into portion sizes. I keep seperate ones for the basil pesto / curry just in case they absorb any odor.”

“These trays are perfect for freezing my baby's purees. The tray is flexible enough that the food presses out easily, but sturdy enough to be stacked in the freezer. The only thing that would make it better is to have a lid (but that's purely from a baby food perspective).”
