Their lecithin comes from sunflower or soy (many can't tolerate soy lecithin) and their vanilla is a synthetic ingredient, something we do not allow in food in our store.Vego is palm oil free, dairy free, obtains its lecithin from sunflower and each and every one of the ingredients is certified organic, as is the product. As far as this being a health food, please be aware that it has a large amount of sugar, so we are certainly not declaring it a health food. Eat this as little or as often as you want to.
