“Console still hasn't arrived 8 days after ordering. Had a notice to say item had been dispatched with a Post Office reference number however when tracking said reference number the Post Office are still awaiting the package that they had also been told had been dispatched to them. Tried to call day before my brother's birthday which I had ordered it for and no-one picked up. Had no communication from Shoponix re a delay. Poor customer service. Still awaiting package and any contact from Shoponix with more information.”
