“After purchasing this & paying extra for faster delivery, it’s never arrived! It is now already four days late. One very disappointed child as it was her birthday present. Unsuccessful in being able to contact this company by phone or email. Lots of people saying the same. Do not make a purchase from this company”
“Really shady company, paid for express delivery and a week later they still hadn’t shipped. Then after an email they created a shipping label but never actually sent my item. A day later I tried to email again but my emails kept bouncing back failing to send as they were refused by their server host/they had blocked me. I managed to get all my money back as I had paid through PayPal but I would never risk ordering anything from them again.”
